怎么邀请父母上 Filial+

How do I invite my parent?

在「爸妈档案」点添加爸妈,填昵称和 +86 手机号,保存后会生成入口链接。把链接通过微信发给爸妈,他们点开 → 输入 6 位短信码即可进入打卡页。无需装 App、无需密码、无需身份证。

In Parent Profiles, click "Add parent", fill in nickname and +86 phone number. A magic link is generated. Forward it on WeChat — they tap, type the 6-digit SMS code, and they are in. No app install, no password, no ID required.

阈值怎么设?默认值合适吗

How should I set thresholds?

默认阈值(高压 160、低压 100、血糖 11 mmol/L、漏服药 2 次)适用于多数无并发症的老人。如医生有明确指示请直接调整。改阈值只影响后续告警。

Defaults (BP 160/100, glucose 11 mmol/L, missed-dose 2) suit most uncomplicated older adults. If your parent's physician set explicit targets, update them in the parent profile. Threshold changes only affect future alerts.

PIPL 跨境数据:爸妈数据存在哪里

PIPL & cross-border data

父母档案、打卡数据、告警都存储在中国大陆境内符合 PIPL 要求的服务商。子女登录信息按订阅地区存储。父母数据始终留境内。

Parent profiles, check-ins, and alerts are stored within mainland China at PIPL-compliant providers. Child account data is stored in the child's subscription region; parent data never leaves China.

不是。Filial+ 不构成医疗诊断或治疗建议。所有阈值告警仅供日常观察参考。出现持续异常或紧急情况,请立即联系当地急救(120)或父母的医生。

Filial+ is NOT a medical device. All threshold alerts are for daily observation only. For persistent anomalies or emergencies, contact local emergency services (120 in mainland China) or your parent's physician immediately.

阈值告警出现了,我该怎么办

A threshold alert fired — what now?

不要仅凭一次告警下结论。先打电话给爸妈:让他们休息 5 分钟后重测;问问最近用药、饮食、睡眠有无变化。如连续 2 次仍超阈值或出现头痛、胸闷、视物模糊等症状,立即联系医生或当地急救。

Do not act on a single alert alone. Call your parent first: ask them to rest 5 minutes and re-measure. If the second reading is still over threshold OR they have symptoms (headache, chest tightness, blurred vision), contact their physician or local emergency services immediately.

紧急情况怎么办

In an emergency

中国大陆急救电话:120(医疗),110(治安),119(消防)。Filial+ 不会代您拨打急救电话;如父母在打卡里描述紧急情况或您看到异常告警,请直接打电话核实。

Mainland China emergency numbers: 120 (medical), 110 (police), 119 (fire). Filial+ will NOT auto-dial emergency services; call them directly to verify.

想减少邮件,怎么退订

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

在「账户」→「邮件偏好」可单独关闭:每周看一眼、长期未访问提醒、产品更新。账户安全 / 扣费等交易邮件因合规要求保留。每封提醒邮件底部也有「一键退订此分类」链接。

Account → Email preferences to toggle: Weekly digest, Long-inactive reminders, Product updates. Transactional emails (security, billing) are retained for compliance. Every promotional email has a one-click unsubscribe link in its footer.

我的数据权利:导出 / 删除

Your data rights: export & delete

在「账户」→「导出我的数据」可一键下载 JSON。「删除账户」会永久清除全部数据(审计日志按法规保留 7 年),不可恢复。

Account → Export my data downloads a JSON. Delete account permanently removes all data (audit log retained 7 years per regulation). Irreversible.

父母收不到短信验证码

Parent isn't receiving the SMS code

检查:手机是否被拦截垃圾短信?是否有 +86 国际短信限制?让父母 60 秒后点"重发"按钮。如反复失败,在 Dashboard 重新生成入口链接(旧链接会失效),通过微信发新链接。

Check: is the carrier blocking spam SMS? Are international SMS to +86 restricted? Ask them to wait 60s and tap "Resend". If it keeps failing, regenerate the magic link from the dashboard and forward the new link.

可以监护多位父母吗?兄弟姐妹能共享吗

Multiple parents / siblings sharing?

Family 套餐:1 位爸妈,1 位子女;Family Plus:最多 2 位爸妈,最多 3 位子女共享同一面板。在「订阅」页升级。

Family plan: 1 parent + 1 child. Family Plus: up to 2 parents + 3 siblings on the same dashboard. Upgrade in the Subscription page.

怎么切换中英文界面

How do I change language?

在「设置」→「语言」选择中文或英文;父母端语言独立于子女端,由父母在打卡页切换。

Settings → Language for the child UI. The parent app language is independent and toggled in the parent check-in page.

怎么取消订阅,已付费用怎么办

Cancel subscription / refund policy

在「订阅」页打开 Stripe 客户门户即可取消,订阅会保持有效到当前计费周期结束。已付费用按使用周期不退还。爸妈档案、打卡历史、告警在订阅暂停后仍保留 90 天。

Subscription → "Manage subscription" opens the Stripe customer portal. Subscription stays active until the current billing period ends. Past charges are not refunded. Parent profiles, check-ins, and alerts retained for 90 days after cancellation.
