In Parent Profiles, click "Add parent", fill in nickname and +86 phone number. A magic link is generated. Forward it on WeChat — they tap, type the 6-digit SMS code, and they are in. No app install, no password, no ID required.
默认阈值(高压 160、低压 100、血糖 11 mmol/L、漏服药 2 次)适用于多数无并发症的老人。如医生有明确指示请直接调整。改阈值只影响后续告警。
Defaults (BP 160/100, glucose 11 mmol/L, missed-dose 2) suit most uncomplicated older adults. If your parent's physician set explicit targets, update them in the parent profile. Threshold changes only affect future alerts.

Do not act on a single alert alone. Call your parent first: ask them to rest 5 minutes and re-measure. If the second reading is still over threshold OR they have symptoms (headache, chest tightness, blurred vision), contact their physician or local emergency services immediately.

在「账户」→「邮件偏好」可单独关闭:每周看一眼、长期未访问提醒、产品更新。账户安全 / 扣费等交易邮件因合规要求保留。每封提醒邮件底部也有「一键退订此分类」链接。
Account → Email preferences to toggle: Weekly digest, Long-inactive reminders, Product updates. Transactional emails (security, billing) are retained for compliance. Every promotional email has a one-click unsubscribe link in its footer.
在「账户」→「导出我的数据」可一键下载 JSON。「删除账户」会永久清除全部数据(审计日志按法规保留 7 年),不可恢复。
Account → Export my data downloads a JSON. Delete account permanently removes all data (audit log retained 7 years per regulation). Irreversible.
检查:手机是否被拦截垃圾短信?是否有 +86 国际短信限制?让父母 60 秒后点"重发"按钮。如反复失败,在 Dashboard 重新生成入口链接(旧链接会失效),通过微信发新链接。
Check: is the carrier blocking spam SMS? Are international SMS to +86 restricted? Ask them to wait 60s and tap "Resend". If it keeps failing, regenerate the magic link from the dashboard and forward the new link.

在「设置」→「语言」选择中文或英文;父母端语言独立于子女端,由父母在打卡页切换。

在「订阅」页打开 Stripe 客户门户即可取消,订阅会保持有效到当前计费周期结束。已付费用按使用周期不退还。爸妈档案、打卡历史、告警在订阅暂停后仍保留 90 天。
Subscription → "Manage subscription" opens the Stripe customer portal. Subscription stays active until the current billing period ends. Past charges are not refunded. Parent profiles, check-ins, and alerts retained for 90 days after cancellation.
