## 产品哲学 / Product Philosophy

- 不是"给老人用的医疗设备"，是"给牵挂的子女用的看一眼工具"。

1. 每日 5 项打卡 / Daily 5 check-ins: 心情 mood, 血压 BP, 血糖 glucose, 体重 weight, 用药 meds.
2. 阈值告警 / Threshold alerts: BP > 160/100, fasting glucose > 11, 3 天无打卡 / 3-day silence, 漏药 missed dose.
3. 每日一眼 / Daily glance: 子女发 30 秒语音 + 照片，父母打卡时看到。
   Children record 30s voice + photo; parent sees it when checking in.

## 用户使用流程 / User Flow

1. 子女在 filialplus.com 注册（邮箱 + 密码，scrypt + JWT cookie）。
2. 创建父母档案（昵称 + 电话 + 时区，**不需要身份证**）。
3. 系统生成 30 天有效短链；子女通过微信发给父母。
4. 父母点开短链 → 6 位短信验证码 → 30 天免登录 session。
5. 父母每天打开链接看到大字体卡片，做 5 项打卡（约 2 分钟）。
6. 子女在 dashboard 看 7 天趋势；阈值异常时收到邮件 + 短信。

## 不做的事 / What we DON'T do

- 不实现微信小程序（中国主体备案问题）。Parent side is a PWA, not a WeChat mini-program.
- 不接真实银行 webhook（反诈监控保留 schema，留 mock 占位）。
- 不做 AI 认知衰退检测。
- 不做 IoT 硬件（蓝牙血压计 / 体重秤），用户手输。
- 不会自动报警 120 / 911 — Filial+ 是协助看护工具，不是医疗设备。
  Filial+ is an assistance tool, NOT a medical device. We never auto-call emergency services.

## 数据隐私 / Data Privacy

- HTTPS (TLS 1.3) end-to-end.
- Database encryption at rest.
- 不出售、不共享数据给第三方 / Never sell or share data with third parties.
- 父母端不收身份证 / 医保卡 / 银行卡 / Parent side does NOT collect national ID, insurance card, or bank info.
- 子女随时可导出 CSV / PDF 并删号 / Users can export and delete account anytime.
