不要等待 Filial+ 的告警 — 它不会替您拨打

1. Filial+ 不是医疗器械

Filial+ 是一款消费级生活辅助工具,帮助海外华人独生子女远程关注中国父母的日常状态。本服务:

因此,本服务不构成医疗器械(Medical Device),不能用于诊断、治疗、缓解、预防、监测疾病。

3. 阈值告警仅为辅助提示

当 Filial+ 显示"高血压告警"、"低血糖告警"、"漏药告警"、"多日未打卡告警"时:

  • 这些告警基于父母手动输入的数字您(子女)设定的阈值触发
  • 父母可能输错(少打了一位、单位混淆 mmol/L 与 mg/dL、把 5.6 输成 56)
  • 家用血压计 / 血糖仪可能存在 ±10% 误差,且与就医时医生使用的设备不同
  • 父母在打卡前刚走完楼梯、刚生气、刚吃完饭,都会显著影响读数
  • 告警不构成医学诊断,更不构成"立即就医"或"无需就医"的判断

正确使用方式:看到告警 → 立刻打电话给父母确认 → 让父母重新测量并报数 → 必要时让父母去社区医院或专科医生处复测 → 由医生做诊断决定。

4. 数据准确性的责任在父母(输入方)

  1. 发现异常告警 → 立即电话核实(不要 24 小时后才打)
  2. 父母慢病管理(高血压、糖尿病、心脏病)→ 必须由当地医生开处方与定期复诊,本服务仅作日常观察
  3. 父母新症状(胸痛、呼吸困难、晕厥、剧烈头痛、意识模糊、突发肢体无力)→ 立即拨打 120,不要等待打卡或告警
  4. 定期把 Filial+ 导出的 PDF 报告作为就诊辅助资料给父母的医生(仅供参考,非诊断结论)
  5. 设置紧急联系人(亲戚、邻居)— 这是 Filial+ 之外必须的安全网

因父母身体状况引起的任何后果(包括但不限于:误诊、延迟就医、未就医、用药不当、急救延误),本服务不承担医疗责任。本服务仅承担因自身故障导致的服务费按比例退还(详见服务条款第 10 条)。

注册流程要求:创建 Filial+ 账户时,您必须在签到表单中主动勾选以下确认:
  • ☐ 我已阅读并理解《医疗免责声明》全文
  • ☐ 我理解 Filial+ 不是医疗器械,不替代医生与急救服务
  • ☐ 我同意将父母健康数据跨境传输至美国(PIPL 第 38 条)

未勾选无法完成注册。每次重大条款变更后会要求重新勾选。

1. Filial+ is NOT a Medical Device

Filial+ is a consumer-grade lifestyle aid for overseas Chinese only-children to remotely follow their parents' daily status. The service:

Accordingly, the service is not a medical device, and cannot be used for the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, prevention, or monitoring of disease.

3. Threshold Alerts are Advisory Only

"High BP alert", "Low glucose alert", "Missed medication", "No check-in for several days" alerts:

  • are triggered by parent-entered numbers against thresholds you (the child) configured
  • parents may mistype (drop a digit, mix mmol/L vs mg/dL, type 56 instead of 5.6)
  • home BP/glucose meters can be ±10% off and differ from clinical instruments
  • readings can be skewed by recent activity, mood, or meals
  • alerts do NOT constitute a diagnosis, nor a "go to ER" or "no need to go" decision

Correct use: See alert → call your parent immediately → ask them to re-measure → if needed, send them to a community clinic for a verified reading → let a physician decide.

4. Accuracy Depends on the Parent

5. What You (the Child) SHOULD Do

  1. See an abnormal alert → call immediately (do not wait 24 hours)
  2. Chronic disease (HTN, DM, cardiac) → local physician must prescribe and follow up; Filial+ is observation only
  3. New acute symptoms (chest pain, dyspnea, syncope, severe headache, confusion, sudden weakness) → call 120/911 immediately, do not wait for a check-in or alert
  4. Periodically share the PDF report with the parent's physician as aux material, not a diagnosis
  5. Maintain emergency contacts (relatives, neighbors) — a safety net outside Filial+

For any consequence arising from a parent's medical condition (misdiagnosis, delayed care, no care, wrong medication, delayed emergency response), the service bears no medical liability. Only pro-rated refund for service-side failures applies (see Terms §10).

10. Consent

Signup requires: tick all of the following at account creation:
  • ☐ I have read and understand the Medical Disclaimer
  • ☐ I understand Filial+ is not a medical device and does not replace doctors or emergency services
  • ☐ I consent to cross-border transfer of parent health data to the United States (PIPL Art. 38)

Without these ticks, signup is blocked. Re-consent is required after material changes.
